The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop for the week of December 18 reveals Eric Forrester (John McCook) will need to make a choice.
Also coming up, the Forresters and Logans will be hopeful that their patriarch will pull through. Plus, Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) will comfort Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz). And Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will have an honest discussion with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
B&B spoilers tease there will be a lot of worrying as everyone in the visitor’s lounge prays for a hopeful outcome. Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) did their best to save Eric’s life.

However, as Finn rightfully pointed out to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) on Friday, all they can do now is wait. Although a new physician, Dr. Martin (Cirie Fields) will be brought in to consult on Eric’s case.
Even if Eric does survive, it could be a tough road ahead before he fully recovers. And luckily for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), she’ll have Finn to lean on, as she tries to send positive thoughts her grandfather’s way.
Meanwhile, Zende will be having a rough time of it, as he waits for updates on Eric. B&B spoilers tease Luna will find him in the design room, looking forlorn, and she’ll tell him he can lean on her. So, could this a hint that a love triangle involving Luna, Zende and RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) is about to begin?
Over at the Forrester mansion, Brooke and Hope will discuss Eric. But then talk will turn to Hope’s relationship with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). As viewers are well aware, Brooke has been against this union from the get-go. But will Hope stand up to her mother once again?

Finally, Eric will hover between life and death. On Friday’s B&B, the late Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) appeared to her husband. She told him everything would be all right. But shortly after he flashed back to dancing with her in the Forrester living room, Eric began to follow her into the light.
On Monday, he and his late wife will reunite. But will Stephanie welcome him, or will she tell Eric he’s got more living to do and needs to go back to their family?
